About Energize,
In 2005 Carl Thomas launched Energize Martial Arts with only 2 students. Fast forward to todays and we have a membership base of over 400 students with numerous British, European & World Titles.
More important that the tournament success is the confidence and dedication we are able to instil in the students from a very young age.
We take on students from 4 years of age all the way through to adults with many of our blackbelts staying with us through school and college.
We are a very sought after academy and do have a waiting list on many of the sessions however please message us and we will endeavour to get you a space or at the very least a spot on the waiting list.
